  • ‘Name’ the Appraisal
  • Define ‘Answer type’
  • Add ‘Respondents’
  • Select ‘Questions’ from a Database of Categories and Questions
  • Add ‘Questions’ or edit those selected
  • Compile ‘Covering Email’
  • ‘Submit’ the Appraisal whereby the Respondents receive the Email with the link to do the Appraisal

  • Respondent Status’ – ‘Not started’ (Red), ‘In progress’ (Amber), ‘Completed’ (Green)
  • ‘Result per Category’
  • ‘Top 5 scoring questions’
  • ‘Bottom 5 scoring questions’
  • Print as ‘Appraisal Summary’
